Life Inside a Bitcoin Mine Livestream

Trust is a major issue in the Bitcoin cloud mining industry. Every few months, a new scam company implodes, stealing the money of their customers and in return, damaging the entire industry by creating resentment, uncertainty, and anger.

At Genesis Mining, we go to great lengths to remain transparent and have established ourselves as a trusted source over our past two years of operation. We attend conferences, we join podcasts, host webinars, and are active in the community. When there are complaints, we deal with them immediately and every chance we get, we defend the industry in the media when we see false claims. We believe in pushing the limits and constantly finding new and innovative ways to connect with our customers. Today, we proudly serve over 60,000 daily customers and the number of people who choose to start bitcoin mining continues to grow every day..

We constantly brainstorm one question: how can we create a better experience for our users?
Four months ago during a brainstorming session, an idea came up after watching the vice news documentary “Life Inside a Bitcoin Mine”, which went on to receive over 1,000,000 views. Countless friends of ours found the video and were shocked to see what the inside of a bitcoin mining farm really looked like.

This intrigued us so we decided to take it one step further.

We are excited to announce that we are opening up our mining farms via live stream!

We have three cameras going at one of our farms in Iceland and will continue to expand and add more farms as we go. These just reflect a very tiny portion of the farms we have but we believe it’s a fun and exciting process and love the idea of being able to show the community what it’s really like. Unedited and in real time! These cameras will remain on 24/7, 365 and you can simply visit the website at anytime to have a look and check on the machines.

We hope other companies in the industry will follow our lead with similar ideas to increase transparency and trust within the industry. While showing pictures of farms has been an acceptable industry standard, trusted companies need to raise the bar and continue to innovate and come up with new ways to satisfy the concerns of their customers.

We look forward to sharing this experience with you and thank you again for your continued support.
